I am currently working on a children's story book, but I've been struggling with the style of drawing I should go for..

Here's some experimental work:

These are some of the styles I was most happy with, but I felt they might be too different from my normal work, which I'm not sure is a good thing or bad.

Did some digital experiments too, which I quite like.
These ones have kind of stemmed from my normal style - I'm not sure if I should keep the textures like in the left & middle ones, or to keep it cleaner like in the right one...

Assessment in 2 days..got a lot to get through this weekend!

Sugar and Species, and Everything Nice

I've been working on these postcard designs for our Illustration Sale.

Wanted to be more experimental with the colours but thought these sweet, pastelly colours would suit the theme best.
Animals and Desserts, couldn't get any nicer;)
I am looking to make this an ongoing project.

Scanner hasn't been working...unable to scan some of the work I've done since my last post.

But! I found these little canvases when I was tidying my room today, so I did 2 quick paintings.

By the way, I've changed the top banner!
Is the colour too vibrant, compared to my other work?? And why is it pixelated?!
