I am currently working on a children's story book, but I've been struggling with the style of drawing I should go for..

Here's some experimental work:

These are some of the styles I was most happy with, but I felt they might be too different from my normal work, which I'm not sure is a good thing or bad.

Did some digital experiments too, which I quite like.
These ones have kind of stemmed from my normal style - I'm not sure if I should keep the textures like in the left & middle ones, or to keep it cleaner like in the right one...

Assessment in 2 days..got a lot to get through this weekend!

Somehow it seems like vibrant, textured colours don't really go with the style of my drawing?

Need more experiments.
